Online order not delivered to date
I bought shoes from Shoe city on the 06th of December 2023 and I received an sms saying saying my parcel will be delivered at work. Till today i haven’t received my order. I tried sending an email, i was told that the courier company was ****** they will contact me shortly with regards to the delivery. No one called me till today, this is pure ******* because i paid my money. Shoe city must refund asap or else i am going to report them to the Ombudsman’s. According to the Fais Act this is undersirable act and they will charged for it

02 Jan 2024, 15:23Today i called the courie company and they said Shoe City must replace my staff. I called the head office on this number *** and they took my details and promised to call me back asap. Till now no one called me, i am so disappointed by this store
