Non received shoes

I did a laybye for 2 pairs of sneakers on the 12 December 2023 1 sneaker was in store and another 1 was to be ordered i was assisted by Mzwakhe Mkhwa****, i then went in to pay on the 8th of Feb 2024 when Mzwakhe confirmed to me that both my sneakers are nw in store. When i went for last payment of the 19th of Feb i received only 1 pair of sneakers and was promised ill receive another 1 tdy the 23rd of Feb, when i called in Mzwakhe did not have time for me he was rude and told me to take it up with head office he hung up and i called in again he spoke with his friends while i was on the call, he have call center number to call. I paid for shoes that i do not have and Mzwakhe Mkhwa**** does not care, as long as he made a sale
