No service I'm a *****

If you dnt have a slip they refuse to assist you. I bought 3 pairs of shoes on Thursday went today to change it. Unfortunately my daughter hasn't a clue what she's done with the slip. I do understand. But I am not a ***** I have my bank transaction on my account. So why can't they assist me. This is only 2 days.
