No Service from a Rude person

Today is went 2 Shoe city in Tygervalley returning a shoe that i got as Christmas. Present but unfortunately i had bought the sandal for myself from Shoe city i as assisted by a rude , sarcastic and empty person called Angela who said she can't help me with the bank card or Bank statement that was used to purchase the sandal its not what she said it's how she said it talking down on me as i was stupid i told her several times that i could not optain any of those she rudely and sarcastically said she couldn't assist me when i asked to speak to some1 superior to her she said they on leave asked when they'll be back she rudely and sacarstically said when they are back when i asked when that will be she said maybe 2nd or 3rd so i left after they took my details said will call me back which is even doubt they will as she lacks Customer service s**** . I'm wondering is this the kind of service Shoe City managers gives to their clients or just me
