No printed returns policy!!!!

Bought a pair of shoes on 28/12/2018 wanted to return it for a refund, but I am not able to because there is apparently only 30days for return, according to "return policy" which is not to be found on the docket or the Internet!!? I am not satisfied with this at all, as the shoes were bought as a present and now it cannot be returned!!!
