No Delivery, No Contact, No Response! And so Disappointed

I placed an order and the delivery address was a business address, the delivery was cancelled twice without Shoe City or the driver contacting me. There was also no attempt to deliver at security. The ***number doesn't work, it doesn't recognise when you have selected an option for the telephonic options provided. I have also sent a number of emails to *** and *** with no response or update. This order was a gift and I was supposed to give the gift tomorrow. Order: SC69410. I am so disappointed, frustrated and angry. This is extremely bad service or rather non existence service.
