Never lay buy at shoe city, it's a disaster when you go collect

I lay buyed shoes and when I went to collect them they were gone. Meaning a staff probably took them knowing that they are already lay bought. It was the store at Campus square Melville. The staff were rude to me and ****, they kept sending me to other stores like a fool knowing very well they took the shoes. If you going to let customers lay buy then at least have the decency to tell them they may not get the product. It was a complete waste of money and time
