Mzwake from Shoe City in Alberton (s9003) Thank you for excellent customer service !!

I visited a Shoe City shop in Bloemfontein and I wanted to purchase a specific pair of boots, that I was very fond of. Unfortunately, the boots were marked off and sold out. The Bloemfontein branch could not locate the shoe and assist me.

I phoned 1023 and was given a number of a Shoe City store in Johannesburg. A guy called Mzwake answered the phone and was very helpful after I asked him if he would try his best to find the specific boots at any of their stores. Mzwake works at Shoe City, Alberton and the store number is 9003.

He promised to do his best and to call me back.

Within 10 minutes he called back and told me the good news that he found the shoes for me at Mall of the South. Mzwake I would like to thank you on this platform for being very professional and going the extra mile to help me. Thank you so much for your help in locating the boots and making me happy.
