My cash back.

I received a virtual voucher for the amount of R259.95 from shoe city the glen mall 06\07\2022 expiry date 05\07\2022. The reason for this voucher was they did not have cash to give me, when i returned an item. On the 05\11\2022 i went into shoe city the glen to make a purchase using the voucher the barcode is not visible to scan and the number are not so clear. I do not have the SMS that was sent to my phone as my phone number has changed but i was not informed to save that sms as this voucher fades only now when there is a problem they want sms. I was told there is nothing they can do but they have my money.
