Miss leading advertising

Shoe City Cape Gate advertise, "get R150 off on your first purchase when opening an account". I asked if I buy will I get my R500 off, they said yes, I bought to the value of R600, when I went to pay I asked to open the account so that I could claim my R150 off for the shoes bought. At first the lady helping me said yes, then another staff member came and said my account will only be activated within 48 hours and I must pay the full amount now. I told her that is not what they advertise, she just lifted her shoulders. I had to buy as my children were already so excited about their shoes I could not give it back. This is absolutely poor and I will never buy there again, or recommend anybody there.
