Manager Shaun, rude sarcastic and terrible customer service N1 City Mall I have 2 laybys, and my wallet was ****** so the slips are gone, I baught the shoes by promenades branch as I was off, and I was told that I can get a refund as long as I take my ID with if I don't have the slips, I was by the tills and a man was on the phone, he ignored me, then I told him I have little time can someone please help, then he told me rudly in a noce way being,and also being very sarcastic that I will only get a voucher, then I said I paid it cash he'll see it, then a lady came and I spoke to her she said that I must wait for the guy, so the guy was busy on the phone talking about Sunday,then I asked him to assist as I don't have time and I work in the mall, and can't he take his personall call again then he said ended his call and said that was stock take, but he was talking nothing about work on the call , then I asked him (Shaun is he's name, ) if he can give me he's managers contact or he's headoffice number,so he said he's the manager, so I said I want he's manager or head office so he said to me that do I know the poppy act Sais that he can't give it, so I said he can give the head office number, then he said what don't I understand, and then he put a signage infront of me and turned he's back on me so I asked him about 3 or 4 times to please write he's name and the contact, then he said I a extremely sarcastic way grabbing the paper off the counter 'JESUS',SO I SAID THATS A VERY RUDE WAY TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS, I also work in retail and 8 have never ever spoke to a customer like that, then he just ignored me, and carried on making like I wasn't there. He didn't try to assist me, he didn't seem like he wanted to help me ,and for a manager to be so disrespectful like that, what example 8s he as a manager to he's staff , I also told him that this is the first time I have ever been treated like that , the other staff has always been so friendly, it's the first time I saw him there but if he's there I won't buy anything there, I will rather wait for my off day and go to promenades branch, or I can go to teckie town rather for shoes for me and my family. 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬
