Low quality boots

I bought my boots at the end of May, mid July the sole broke in half, and I didn’t wear these boots everyday because I have other boots that I alternate them with, this store sells low quality products and disguises them with the high price they charge for them. I got in contact with them via messenger on Facebook mid July and they asked me for the pictures of the shoes and I sent them, but they seem to be responding then keep quiet for weeks before responding.
