Layby of shoes

3 months back I went to a store in shoe city to Layby shoes in Greenstone, today went I to take them out I was told that my Layby has been cancelled, there was no sort of communication regarding my layby being cancelled, they asked me for original copy which I explained that I misplaced it, I spoke to a lady by the name of Nthabiseng who is the"store manager" and she was so rude and have no sense of agency when it comes to her customers, she told me wait because she needed to send as email 1st! I went to the floor to check for the shoes I laybyed and luckily i found them on the floor, I gave them to one of sales who was very helpful to put them aside for me, when i come back to the tills the manger was still busy on the system. I left my contact with the sales so that they can call me and tell what is the final verdict and until now I'm still waiting for the call from the manager! I'm very furious with their service and need this to be actioned ASPS!I wonder if that store is making money and if they continue like these they lose more customers.
