Lack of Customer Service

On Monday we went to Shoe City Westgate to buy shoes and the lady who assisted us was not customer friendly . It’s like she was forced to be at work and the worst part I asked her to find for me which shoe city branch can I get sneaker I was looking for since they didn’t have 1 in the store .The shop assistant just looked at us with that expression of saying you are annoying without saying anything. Then my sister asked the other shop assistant about the online discount and the way she responded with attitude and the look it was not nice even our daughter was looking at her like really are we supposed to be treated like that ? We left the store feeling unhappy and never to return again because it’s not the first time nor the second time. I’m very unhappy and angry with their service towards us . I was so extremely disappointed
