Installment paid to another account

Hi,

My sister went to shoe city southgate to pay her account and was assisted by Dineo Manyama, after payment she was given an incorrect card and she gave it back to her.

A month passed and she received messages that her account is in arrears, she went to enquire only to find out Dineo paid to another account. She requested to speak to the manager (Teboho) who is always not available, she has been going there almost every week to get the matter resolved but she is still not receiving any assistance.

Today again she went to the store and was treated badly and the manager again is still not available.
