How not to treat a client

Over the past year I have purchased several pairs of shoes from Bloemgate Shoe City. Some on normal price and some from their marked down items. Each of these pairs had flaws. Every pair of Mancini casual evening shoes have had the same problem, (soles splitting from side to side , or pulling loose from the sole.) Two pairs of neat feet slippers, bought on sale, (the top sections were just pasted to the sole section) After the first time wearing them , the tops came undone from the sole part.Another pair of casuals, "Pitt Bull", (the soles are coming undone from the sides. Some of the shoes , I just threw in the dustbin. A few pairs I kept and decided to return them to the shop. The male assistant demanded a cash slip. After informing him that I did not keep my slips for each pair I bought, he refused to assist me. I wanted to leave the shoes with him to sent to their hear office to bring to their attention , the quality of shoes they keep in their shop. He refused. As I left the shop another black assistant burst out laughing at me. I went back into the shop and told her that we don't treat our clients in such manner. I called their no for complaints and put my case forward. I received a call back after a hour and was given a no. Some one was going to follow up. Monday , it will be a week. I have had no response. Of my fellow workers in our shop has also purchased shoes from this shop. They all have similar complaints.
