Horrible online shopping experience

One star rating is too much! Absolutely horrible service, I ordered 4 pairs of shoes online, then realized 2 were the wrong size, sent them an email saying I ordered the wrong size, they said I should cancel the order, get a refund and then reorder again.. I have been waiting for my refund for a week, keep phoning them and all they say is that they will follow up and let me know but they never let me know!! Money hungry but absolutely NO service! Rather support other shoe shops that want to help a customers!
