Highly disappointed at the quality!

I purchased a boot from the shoe city branch at the mall@reds yesterday 02/06/19. I’ve worn the boot for the first time today and by the end of the day the sole of the boot is already falling off? The quality seemed quite fine when I purchased it only to find that it is broken after one wear? The shoes are not particularly cheap for it to be broken after one wear!
