***** on my Shoe City Account and cant get any help

I haver an account with Shoe City, and someone used my account to purchase goods from John Craig, i was sent to check the receipts for the day where goods we bought in Mabopane complex, and had to fill in the forms and sent back to Wonderpark to fill and scan, I have being waiting for help for the past three weeks, and have sent mails of the progress on incestigations, now I have to pay for the goods never bought, even the receipts shows clear that it was not my signature used compared to the one in my card and ID, Can you please assist as am paying account with high interest.
