Faulty tooth

I really love this store because I believe their shoes are quality and prices are reasonable. I been buying shoes there almost every month for myself and kids. I just recently bought a sneaker, just wore it once and it burst. I took it back and they assisted me so quick no questions asked and gave me a new pair. I returned the end of the same month, March and purchased the new shorts boots, to my surprise I wanted to wear them then the zip broke. I must say I am very disappointed, I then decided let me put my sneaker on instead and found that the new pair they gave me also burst again on the side and I don't even know when it happened I only noticed that time and I wore them this past weekend so I was not aware they burst. I must say I am very disappointed and actually feel that I can never go purchase anything at the store again. How are the shoes so faulty but they seem so strong. I feel that I want my money back. Now I have to find my way back to the store and use petrol as well because of this. Very disappointed.
