False advertising

I'm very disappointed in Shoe City. I went onto their website more than 2weeks ago. I saw a shoe and I wanted to purchase it. They advertised "Availability : All stores". I then called the nearest branch to me which is N1 City..... I was told that they don't have the shoe, they still waiting on it. I called 2 other branches and they have the same reponse. Since then i have called them several times and the response is still the same! When I asked if the shoe could be requested to be sent to the branch, I was told that "that's not possible. I am utterly disappointed in Shoe City!!!! It's been more than two weeks that I'm calling after you... wasting my airtime and waiting in vain for this shoe to arrive in store! Why does you web page say "Availability : All stores" if that's clearly not true!
