EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was looking for a particular handbag that my sister-in-law had bought about 2 weeks previously at another branch. Park Meadows branch was completely sold out as well as Lakeside Mall, Carnival City, Greenstone & East Point. Dorothea at East Point asked me to send her a pic on Whats App which I did. Within 2 hours I received a reply from her that they located a bag at Nelspruit Branch & they would get it for me. Then I was notified that they also managed to find one at Carnival Mall. This morning I received a message from Vuthu that he had the bag at Park Meadows branch & I could come get it. Total turn around time was less than 24 hours !!!!!! <br> <br> These people really went the extra mile & I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Shoe City is now top of list & I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you to Vuthu & his staff at Park Meadows as well as Dorothea at East Point.
