Disappointed customer

I bought a pair of children boots for my boy and forgot to check...without one of the staff checking I paid and left....Just to get home and realize it's the same foot size 11 and 12...I'm honestly disappointed cause it's not the first time something like that had happened when purchasing from shoe City...I haven't had time to exchange it cause of of work obligations.
