Bad service

Good day, I took out my laybey on 29 May. I took the boots back yesterday. The rubber on both boots came loose and it is not even a month? The shoe box broke and threw it away. I forgot got to take the receipt out of the box. I couldn't get my money back due to not having the box and the receipt but the evidence is on their system? They could give me another receipt? I need a consultant to get back to me. Your quality of your shoes is bad and so is your policy.
