Bad Service

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes at SHOE CITY at Secunda Mall. When I got home both pairs couldn't fit my daughter. As I'm working nightshift and I knock off at 7AM, I waited for the shop to open at 9Am to return the goods bought from them. They told me they just opened the store so they haven't sold anything as yet,they couldn't refund me. I had to come back during the day they said. I came back a day after at exactly 17H30 just before they close. This time around they told me they still cant help me because their manager is out on tea time. I had to wait until she came to close the store. Waited there for 30min when she came in ahe never even bothered to greet me,never even apologized for my time waisted waiting for her. None of the stuff at the store had name badges. None of them even bothered to explain why I should wait for their manager who clearly doesn't care about customer service. Will never go back to that store ever again. Stuff is lacking customer service
