Bad service

My husband bought me shoes yesterday on the 04 August 2021 using his bank card, when i tried the shoes they were a bit uncomfortable and not my kimd of taste and style so today on the 05 August 2021 i went to the Mamelodi Crossing branch to get an exchange, when i got there i didn't find anything compatible to my style so i asked for a refund so i can buy the shoes elsewhere since i need them urgently for friday. They told me they can't give me a cash refund since the payment was used with a bank card and they are not sure if it's an account card or not, told them my husband doesn't have an account with them so he used a bank card. They asked me to bring my husband's card so they can give me a refund or they will give me a gift card, a gift card that won't work out for me because i need the shoes urgently. I told them my husband left this morning for another province and will be back in 3 months time. They told me i can wait for him to come back or i get the gift card. Otherwise they can't help me with anything. Worse part i asked the manager about the CPA and she told me she knows nothing about that and what it does, the whole manager doesn't knlw about CPA. I'm disappointed about the service and i will never ever set my foot there again. Now I'm forced to keep shoes that are not comfortable.
