Bad service at the Shoe City in Carnival Mall

To whom it may concern:<br> This happened on Saturday the 6th of June 2015 at the Shoe City in Carnival Mall:<br> <br> My dad and I went to Shoe City Carnival Mall, since my dad wanted a decent pair of shoes. Since shoe city is one of the best places to look at, we went straight to them! My dad saw shoes that he liked, and we tried to find his number (size) so that he can see if the shoe fits. A lady, working at the Shoe City in Carnival mall came to us and asked us if she could assist us, we said yes! She didn't really want to help us since she was talking to her friend the whole time. So when I asked her if they had a size 11 shoe for my dad to try on, she didn't look at the shelf or sizes available, and she rep**** in a rude way saying: \NO!". Luckily my eye caught the size shoe we were looking for"
