Bad service at shoe city

I was at shoe city the 11th of June to take back a fualty pair of shoes the manager agreed that the buckel is fualty and will pay back cash but did not have any change for it and he said I must come back an hour past and still couldn't help me. He wanted to give me his float that is R2 and R5 coins and shoes was R500. He said I must come back today but he was not at shop and shop staff could not help me. I went to N1 city's shoe city and with no problem they helped me
