Bad service as always!

On the 10th November 2017 I went to shoe city in Parow centre to return boots which were damaged/manufacturing fault and I only had it for 2 months. The manager then told me that its pass the 30 day refund policy so I can only exchange it for the same value.

I took my boots and walked away because this is not the first time I don't get assisted with excellent customer service in this store.

I then decided to give the customer service department a call to find out what the returns policy is on damaged items only to be told that they don't have that at their disposal. Which I could not understand as this is the customer service department!

All i wanted was the shoes to be credited from my account because there is nothing I liked in the store but it was to much to ask from a customer.

I really hope someone gets back to me so we can resolve this because I'm fed up with this store.
