Bad Service and attitude at the Till point

I was at Shoe City Alberton On 11/01/23 around 17:50 to Purchase a school shoe for my Daughter, i got a very Bad Service by the lady at the till, she was complaining about why did this guy they work with open for me coz it's almost late and they want to go,its not even 18:00 yet. As am standing at the tills to pay,The lady was just counting her slips and busy with cash-up staff until the guy they work with ask her to help me pay, I mean the store close at 18;00 and i was inside the store at around 17:50 That lady has a very Bad Service and attitude towards Customers, I Will never ever shop there again because of her, The only reason i Will ever go to that store will be because of that guy who assisted me to get in, and gave me the size4 school shoes i was looking for without any hesitation, he even gave me a warm good bye. He was so friendly and welcoming.
