Bad service

I had a bad service at she City mall@carnival I bought shoes there and it was broken. Then I took them back for exchange the lady with the name of veron she was not helpful at all the attitude was very bad. I ask to speak to the manager I explained to her what happened she just smile I even called their head office they promised to call me back its been today's now nothing. I will never recommend shoe City mall@carnival to anyone
