Bad service

I bought a pair boots which cost me R500. Not even a month later the rubber around the boots came loose. I was given a new pair. A month later the same thing happened and even worse. I emailed the support team three times and everytime I received an email your ticket number has been close without speaking to an agent? If they couldn't get hold of me on the phone they do have my email address?
