Bad quality shoes and poor service

Last week Friday I bought shoes for my husband at shoe city, he worse these shoes in the house and said they are not comfortable and the heal is not stable. I brought them back within 7 days and I am being told they do not do returns or refunds if the shoes have been worn. The shoes look like they are three months old yet I bought them 6 days ago. The manager vutha Mabena at shoe city mall at reds was so rude and said that we ruined the shoes n no one will buy them so there is nothing he is going to do. I refused and told him that I will be in this store until they sort it out. This is such pathetic service and quality of shoes.
