Bad Quality Shoe

<p>I bought a pair of Shoes at Shoe City Mall @ Reds around the 15th of March 2017! The pair of Bronx Lighty shoes cost me R639,95 and they were meant for work! I wore the shoes for about a month and they started breaking on the sole! I was a dissatisfied customer and decided to go to the store and ask for an exchange or refund seeing that the shoe didn't meet my expectations! The guy who was assisting me called his manager then the manager asked me to provide my slip which i didn't have! I was told i would not be able to exchange or get a refund for my shoes! I need to know if there's any assistance i can get from Hello Peter for buying the faulty pair of shoes</p>
