Bad customer Service at Shoe City Riversquare Mall.

I Purchase shoes last Friday on 7 January 2022. I left the shoe box at the store.I cashier did not inform me that leaving the shoe box means I cannot return the shoes.When I arrived home the shoe size 5 did not fit me and at the shop I was confident that they would fit me.But unfortunately the shoes were large.I returned them at the shop I explained my situation to the shop manager she refuse to help me with all the options.I became very emotional and was not helped.I felt emotional and left the shoes at the store to the value of 400.The was nothing I could do with shoes that do not fit me.
