Bad Customer Service and humiliation

<p>Shoe city fourways crossing i just got humilliated by a guy by the name HOWARD WITH HER FEMALE COLLEAGUE who couldnt even give me my slip so i can see her name.i got followed and i was told i left the store without paying while i paid everything,and when i told them about their action i was told m too loud and they ddnt see anything wrong in following me i was treated like a *****.they had to follow me at my work place to humillate me infront of my collegues and customers.even after i showed them my proof of payment they ddnt apologise they acted as if im the one whos wrong.</p> <p>im highly dissapointed</p> <p> </p>
