Bad customer Service

Bought shoes and was never given a slip , realised I didn't like shoes that much decided to return them and then I was forced to take another pair as if it was my fault that they didn't put a slip in the plastic as I realised when I got home. I took as they didn't want refund me then I asked for the slip after paying which they refused to give me which means am not allowed to return wether I like it or not, they looked at me as if I was a crazy person when I asked for my slip. The service is poor and not friendly plus attitude. No customer service. Ended up going out of the shop without it.
