Bad Customeer Service and Laziness
<p>On the 12th June 2017 I went to Shoe City in Durban West Street . It was 16:50 doors were locked a rude guy came to the door and told me they close at 16:45 and leaving at 17:00 . I told him that your closing times are said to be 17:00 pm but said well they close at 16:45 and left me standing behind the door . I really felt stupid and tried calling him back but he looked at me and just walked off . Is this how the tenacity group treat their loyal customers ?!!!</p>

Kindly advise on the outcome of your investigation and what measures are going to be taken to address this and prevent it from happening again as Iam not the only customer who has had this issue with the branch .
