Bad bad service

Good day all my name is Themba Motau contact is *** on Sunday 08/12/2019 @ Mams mall shoe city Mamelodi I went to exchange my shoes wich had a damage the manager refused to exchange for me because I didn't have a recipe but their returning policy said if good were purchased within 31 days in the absence of recipe goods can be exchanged mine were not even 20 days older yet she refused I asked to speak to the area manager on the phone she refused then she pressed a panic button security officers came in and asked me whats happening while talking other securities assaulted me along with the manager inside the store and even lost money when I was bleeding the manager told securities to stop she would exchange for me of wich she did police were called I opened a case of assault and common ******* case number 177/12/19 then logged a complaint with they had offices spoke to zizipho complain reff 660197 she promised to get back to me with 7days but never came back again I called to make a follow up I was told my case was closed because the lady assisting me wrote a wrong name store arckmens instead of shoe city yet they had my contacts I was again told I would be contacted within 3days no one has contacted me. I had the original packaging with barcodes, order numbers and style numbers as proof yet ended up injured
