BAD ATTITUDE FROM SALES REPRESENTATIVE AT SHOE CITY CAMPUS SQUARE

I am not pleased with how one of the sales rep spoke to me today. I usually come once a month to by myself or my mother some quality shoes from this shop. This lady deliberately ignored me when I was asking for assistance she then turned when I had to raise my voice to get her attention and with bad attitude turned back and said," I am busy with a customer" of which is something that she could have communicated politely. She has short blonde hair, she had a knee guard and an ankle guard on, she didn't even bother to apologise she just continued to ignore me. AS A VALUED CUSTOMER I WILL NOT TOLERATE DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR FROM MY FAVOURITE SHOE SHOP. Deal with her and teach her how to communicate customers - Good service is just pure marketing for brand image of this shop. Thank you
