bad attitude

i went to shoe city sasolburg to make a payment only one till was working 3 staff on floor a customer came to do a return (elvis the cashier)called shirley for authorization she took her time to come and as customers we asked if she can hurry up as we have waited for almost 15minutes "i am helping that customer your not buying just here to pay" after that with an attitude her and elvis told us the system is offline for payments. if this is the kind of attitude we get at your shops kindly make provision for other payment methods.
