Assistant swaggering in front of customers

Myself and daughter in law, took the day out, looking for shoes at N1 City, so we popped in at Shoe City, my grand daughter, pick a shoe, which she really like, but wasn't her size, we asked for assistance and was told by a male assistant , he can't help, as he only started to work today, we must ask for assistance in front. we approach the front desk, and asked if they can see which branches will have the shoe, the store manager said they can't phone out because their phone bill is too high , my daughter in law decided to leave, as she does not feel like being treated with unwillingness and attitude, that's when we heard the female assistant saying to another customer in the store ( probably a family member or friend) - (oh die ***ken mense in die ***ken winkel,, werk so op my ***ken nerves, hulle, gaan nog vir my n ***ken kind gee, nie net een, maar twee ***ken kinners) , I am truly sorry for putting this kind of language on this page, but that was blatantly rudeness,. I can understand, your staff are working extra hours and are tired, but that's the job she chose and I was never in my entire lifetime being treated with such low class, bad attitude rude people . I would like to know what you going to do about both the manager and the female assistant
