ARROGANT ASSISTANT

<p>Bought some takkies from Shoe City and when i got home the price on the shoe box was R399.95 (which i was charged) but the takkies had a sticker underneath showing R359.95. (see copy of receipt and sticker attached)</p> <p> </p> <p>I called them and was told to bring the receipt and the sticker that was under the takkie and they will refund me the difference. When i went there this morning, an assistant (nor sure of her name, but i think Debra or Debbie - a plump lady) told me that she need the actual takkies as well as the shoe box.</p> <p> </p> <p>I explained to her what i was told by the person when i called. She was rather arrogant and told me that whoever spoke to me was wrong as she (Debbie/ Debra) makes the rules. I told her that that was not very professional and that i was going to post it on facebook. I was then politely told "Do as you wish".</p> <p> </p> <p>Last time i ever purchase from Shoe City.</p>
