Account payment

I paid my account on the 28 October 2017. The amount due was paid. I have emailed my proof of payment numerous times. I have received emails/ SMS's/ whatsapp's & phone calls harassing me. Every time i called no one knew where my payment was. I have spoken to many people & NO ONE gets it right. Shoe City is so disorganized. Shoe city is going to affect my credit record for a lousy small amount of money because they can't do what is expected.
