A Horrible Bad attidute

Last month I made a laby at shoe city Tambotie..and later realised that I needed cash I went back to them ask if they cancell my laby and I will take the shoes with my account card .I lost my slip and I asked them to use my I'd they refused to help me saying if I need to refund labys I must bring slip is the rule..okay I ask for head office number that I contact them to explain me why I can't be refunded ..okay I called head office and they told to go back to the store and ask for manager ,I went back to the store and manager was still busy on the other line ..okay I told them that I spoke to head office The Cashier Name Pogisho gave me a bad attidue and threaten me when ask him why he gave His manager Wrong Information.That boy has a serious Bad attidude that will affect the company on the long run..while I left the store told him that I will report him..and said go ahead..I called head office and I spoke to Fatwa and promissed to call me back..up untill now I'm still waiting for call.thats a horrible experience I received from that staff member..and I will never shop there anymore..Thanks Tshetlego
