5 stars for the worse customer experience

<p>I purchased a pair of boots in the 28 the may and they probably were worn about 4 or five times as I have specific work shoes that I wear throughout the week and theses I kept for weekends.Today I noticed that the stitching had come loose on one of the shoes and wanted to take it back.I was told point blank that they would not change it as I had made the stitching loose...what nonsense ....why would I make the stitching loose of a perfectly good boot...there's absolutely nothing wrong wit it....I was so furious I was at a loss for words ....I will never shop at shoe city vangate again...how dare u question my integrity ......I never knew that someone could have a degree in stitching....pathetic</p>
