I lost receipt for lay-by, and they refused to assist me

I'm very disappointed with them,I have lay-by with them for amount of R239 and I've already paid R90. All I'm asking for is voucher or gift card with the money already paid, I'm no longer interested to buy those shoes anymore and I lost the lay-by receipt, they can't assist me at all if I don't have the receipt, even if I produce my I'd it doesn't help.i was assisted by Tshenolo Tambotie mall Shoe City. I called customer service I spoke to the lady by the name of Jennifer she couldn't assist me if I don't have the receipt I'm very disappointed with them I'm not sure if I'll anything anymore in shoe City
