******* DEDUCTIONS OFF ACCOUNTS

I haven't received any product. They keep taking exorbitant amounts off my account and I cannot stop them, even after mails that I've received after 3rd time trying to cancel - nothing. I am at my wits end!!!! What can I do - please advise if you've had the same experience.
