Excellent service by Shobhana and the team. I highly recommend this Conveyancer for all your bonds and transfer registrations. She is very informative and hands on in her approach. I have dealt with other firms in the past and have never met the actual conveyancer so it was very courteous from Mrs Dooken's side to interact with me face to face rather than just paralegals and secretaries. That shows great commitment and client service. There was also a mutual understanding between all parties as I was given weekly updates and detailed reports about my transfer registration and bond registration. I would also like to commend Shobhana's staff Nivashni, and her two candidate attorneys Carmel and Andrea for putting great effort into my highly complex matter. Sometimes you just need that one on one basis interaction with your lawyer that can make a big difference because you know who you are dealing with and Shobhana is someone I would most definitely like to deal with again in the future.
