Impressive service by Shobhana - ABSA bond

I recently did a bond application with ABSA bank and Shobhana Devi Dooken & Associates Inc. was instructed to register my bond.

The conveyancer is Shobhana, she was extremely polite and helpful. I did not know much about the process involved in registering a bond with the deeds office so I was pleasantly surprised that ABSA instructed an attorney who gave me her full attention and explained to me in great detail what I was signing.

She was extremely courteous and professional, and I like her "hands-on" attitude to register my bond quickly. Her offices constantly gave me updates on the progress so I was never kept in the dark.

To top it all off Shobhana made it convenient for my husband and I as she arranged to come to my house to sign the bond documents afterhours. Very impressive! Something unique for me especially since we both are working. She did this extra service at no extra costs.
